Instructions

  • Preheat the smoker to 225°F.
  • Combine salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and brown sugar in a small mixing bowl.
  • Rub the mixture over the flank steak, pressing it in.
  • In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce.
  • Place the flank steak in the smoker for 2 hours.
  • Brush the soy sauce mixture over the steak every 30 minutes while it is smoking.
  • Remove the steak from the smoker and set it aside for 10 minutes before slicing it across the grain.
