Smoked Marinated Steak Recipe

  • Prep Time: 10 minutes
  • Cook Time: 1 hour, 30 minutes
  • Total Time: 1 hour, 40 minutes

Instructions

  • Whisk together soy sauce, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, smoked paprika, and black pepper in a small bowl.
  • Place the steak in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over it, making sure it is evenly coated.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
  • Preheat the smoker to 225°F.
  • Take the steak out of the marinade and pat it dry with paper towels.
  • Place the steak on the smoker and smoke it until it reaches an internal temperature of 135°F for medium-rare, or the doneness desired.
  • Allow the steak to rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
